I must have received a defective item because this product will not hold a charge. I charge it overnight or all day and it shows a full battery. By the time I get it to my table, sit for 5 to 10 minutes beforw taking my blood pressire as instructed in their manual, I go to use the item and it tells me battery low. I have not been able to use this product since I received it. I have contacted the company and requested a new replacement item, but I have not heard back from them in a few days now. I was very hopeful that this product would work for me, and I would like to receive a functioning unit to determine that.
